We had a double celebration in Brooke last week.... Firstly, we held our annual Client Christmas Party in Brooke Village Hall. This is a fantastic way for our clients to meet and have a chat with each other, to spend some time with our team and have some festive fun whilst enjoying a lovely traditional Christmas Dinner. At Nightingale we want to help our clients be involved in social activities when ever possible. The annual Christmas party is just one of the ways we try to do this. This year we were thrilled that the Owl class from Brooke V.C CoE Primary School accepted our invitation to come along to our Christmas party and entertain our clients by singing some festive carols. What an absolute joy they were and they helped to make the day even more memorable for our clients. The children also had a wonderful time and they enjoyed meeting our staff and clients. We want to thank everyone who was involved in helping making this such an enjoyable day. We have included a few pictures, if you would like to see more head over to our Facebook page by clicking on the Facebook icon at the top of the page. As we said this was a double celebration.....Our second reason for celebrating was due to receiving our CQC report for the recent inspection of our services in Brooke. We are very proud to say our Brooke services were rated as 'GOOD' by the Care Quality Commission who are our governing body. This is a fabulous achievement for all of our staff in Brooke. We are immensely proud of them and the fantastic work they do day in day out. Well done to each and everyone of you and we thank you for your continued hard work and the excellent care you provide in the community.
