Current opportunities

Homecare Support Workers
Providing person-centred care in the community, supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, meals, medication and companionship.

Livein Carers
Offering continuous one-to-one support for individuals who need help to remain safely and independently at home.

Night Care Workers
Supporting individuals overnight with mobility, reassurance, dementia care and safety monitoring.

Specialist Support Workers
Working with individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, neurological conditions and long‑term health issues.

What We’re Looking For

A caring, patient, and reliable nature
Good communication skills
A commitment to person‑centred care
Willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A full driving licence (for most community roles)

Experience is welcome but not essential — we provide full training for all new staff.
