As a result of this ethos Nightingale Homecare are now a well established community care provider with an excellent reputation for providing quality home care services and a history of working with commissioners delivering innovative Homecare solutions in the geographical areas of Norfolk, Suffolk and East Sussex. We are also currently working with the commissioners at Suffolk County Council, Norfolk County Council and the NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG to develop new and innovative care pathways for the benefit of our clients.
Nightingale Homecare are a Community Care Provider who have adopted an outcome based approach to person centred care by utilising the principles contained within of the 2006 White Paper ‘Our Health, Our Care, Our Say’ (2006), Think Local Act Personal- Making it Real, Recommendations from the Kings Fund and SCIE Transforming Care and Support.
Our core service principles are based on the National Care Certificate and on the NHS 6 ‘C’s programme which comprises of a set of values that underpins Compassion in Practice’- a NHS Vision and Strategy for all Health and Care providers. The 6 ‘C’s are Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment as defined by NHS Health Education England. We have incorporated these philosophies within our ethos of delivering high quality person centred care with co-production and local partnerships to deliver a seamless network of support.
